Syntari isn't an agency, and we don't build software for hire. We make apps we wish existed, ship them ourselves, and stay on to run them. Right now there are three: one for planning things with other people, one for tracking your bets without lying to yourself, and one for keeping a fleet of vehicles on the road. Two are for everyday life, one's for work. We hold all three to the same standard.
How we actually build it
Most software gets built to win something: the demo, the deadline, the funding round. Then a real person opens it and it buckles. We work the other way around — start with the person who'll use the thing every day, and build back from there. It's slower up front, and it shows up later, in the version of the app that's still good a year in.
