Terms of Service
Effective date: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 1, 2026
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Syntari Systems (“we,” “us”). They cover your use of our website and apps: Event App, Bet Tracker, and Fleet App. By creating an account or using any of them, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
If you're using an app on behalf of a company (for example, Fleet App for your business), you're agreeing on that company's behalf, and you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
Who can use our apps
You need to be old enough to use our apps:
- For Event App and Fleet App, you must be at least [13/16], or the minimum age in your country.
- For Bet Tracker, you must be at least [18/21], or the legal gambling age where you live — whichever is higher. By using it, you confirm you meet that age.
You also need to give us accurate account information and keep it current.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us right away at support@syntarisystems.com if you think someone else has gotten into it. We're not liable for losses caused by someone using your account because you didn't keep your login safe.
What the apps do — and don't do
Each app is a tool. Here's what that means:
- Event App helps you plan events with other people. It doesn't guarantee anyone shows up.
- Bet Trackeris a record-keeping tool for tracking wagers you make elsewhere. It does not place bets, take bets, hold funds, or connect to any sportsbook or casino. It is not gambling advice, financial advice, or a prediction of outcomes. Nothing in it is an invitation to gamble. If gambling is causing you harm, support is available — for example, the National Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-522-4700). Gambling laws differ by location, and using this app doesn't make any betting you do legal where you are.
- Fleet App helps a business track vehicles, drivers, and maintenance. If your organization uses it to collect location or driver data, your organization is responsible for telling its drivers and following the employment and privacy laws that apply to it.
Using the apps responsibly
Don't use our apps to:
- Break the law or help anyone else break it
- Upload content that's illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other people
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or copy our content or other users' content without permission
- Use the apps to build a competing product
If you do any of this, we can suspend or close your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into our apps — your events, your logged bets, your fleet records. By using the apps, you give us permission to store, copy, and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you. We don't claim it as ours, and we don't use it for anything you wouldn't expect from reading our Privacy Policy.
Our content
Everything that makes up the apps and website — the software, design, logos, and the Syntari name — belongs to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to it beyond using the apps as intended.
Paid plans
The apps are currently free. Paid terms will be added before any charges apply.
Third-party services
Our apps may link to or connect with services we don't control — your calendar, your contacts, an app store, a payment processor. We're not responsible for those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
The apps come "as is"
We work hard to keep the apps running well, but we provide them “as is” and “as available.” We don't promise they'll always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. You use them at your own risk. This is especially true for Bet Tracker: any decisions you make about gambling are yours alone.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Syntari isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, or losses from your use of (or inability to use) the apps. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Covering us for your misuse
If your use of the apps breaks these terms or the law and that causes us a loss or a claim from someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.
Ending your use
You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we decide to stop offering an app — in which case we'll give reasonable notice where we can. Some parts of these terms (ownership, liability limits, dispute rules) survive after your account ends.
Changes
We'll update these terms from time to time. If a change matters, we'll let you know before it takes effect. If you keep using the apps after that, you're accepting the new version.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Dispute resolution clause — must be drafted by counsel for your jurisdiction.]
